I appreciate that you are trying to help Aakash, but for what it is worth. I 
will not respond anymore on this list or in the forums to someone running 
Gpg4win as Administrator. Other then maybe to say something like: God damn. 
Learn how to use your computer.

Running as an Administrator shows a genreal lack of computer skills that even 
Grandparents don't have anymore nowadays because they never learned the bad 
Windows 98 usage patterns.

Running Applications as Windows Admin is just not a thing anymore in 2019. 
Everything in Windows screams and shouts at you if you try to do it. It breaks 
our whole installation and file security model.  Its neither supported by 
Microsoft nor is it supported by us. Run Kleo as Admin once and import a key 
and afterwards all File System ops on your keyring fail because you don't have 
the rights to modify the keyring anymore. It's just unsupportable, and it is 
not really a thing for anyone who is a decent Windows user. And by decent I 
mean even the most stupid Windows Administrators who don't even know how to 
open a command line.

People who are still doing it in case of any problem can't set up a secure 
environment which Gpg4win needs. So it is better if they don't use Gpg4win so 
that we can avoid the snake oil trap.

Sorry about this rant but I felt that this had to be said and gpg4win-users 
seemed the right forum to me.
