[Gpg4win-users-en] GPGOL not started in latest Outlook 365 on Windows 1809

Hi all,

GPGOL 3.1.10 does not get loaded in a installation of Office365/Outlook 365 on
Windows 1809. I can enable the add-in's checkbox in FILE => Addins => COM
Addins, but on next start GPGOL is not loaded and the checkbox is unchecked again.

Is this a known issue?

Version is:
Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 MSO 16.0.11328.20432
