[Gpg4win-users-en] GPGOL not started in latest Outlook 365 on Windows 1809

There is a known issue that when Outlook is running during an update of 
Gpg4win it can in rare cases happen that after the next restart the gpgol.dll 
is removed instead of replaced with the updated version. In this case you can 
still activate it but it will not load.

Easiest fix for this would be to shutdown outlook, reinstall Gpg4win. And then 
it should work. You might need to enable the addin once after that again.
