The sad thing is that this is normal for any load error Outlook has :-/

As our plugin does not have any external dependencies it cannot be a 
dependency issue.

Can you please confirm that there is a "gpgol.dll" in your gpg4win installation 
directory in the folder "bin" and if you are on 64 bit also under "bin_64"?

Or maybe some security software has quarantiened the gpgol.dll on your system?

Usually it is something like that.
