[Gpg4win-users-en] GPGOL not started in latest Outlook 365 on Windows 1809

As this was the proposed solution to some other issue a while back (mail thread
"GPGOL 3.1.5 not working in current Outlook 365​"), I had already tried had to
no avail...

I do not get any errors when trying to enable the addin, it simply is not loading...
