[Gpg4win-users-en] gpgol plugin not loaded on outlook 2019

Good morning,

I have installed sucessfully gpgwin 3.1.11 on my computer (W10, Outlook 2019). But gpgol plugin doesn't load on outlook 2019, it appears as inactive.

The error message of the complement is: Signature and loading certificate when starting COM isn't found.
I have already verified that gpgol.dll is located at bin_64.

Do you know what the problem is? Is there any bug of the application when running with Outlook 2019?
