In Kleopatra on computer 2, right-click on your own key and choose
"Details". Are all the identities marked as "ultimate"? If not, tick
them and try again.

Presuming that you are using a strong passphrase on your secret keys, it
should be sufficient to use Kleopatra on computer 1 to export the secret
key(s) to a USB drive. Go to the list of keys, right-click on the key
you want to transfer, select "export secret keys" and save on the USB
drive. Then you can import them using Kleopatra on computer 2.
