to my knowledge there is no compendium in French.

Note that we haven't updated the compendium in a while, because we are 
thinking of doing the documentation differently. Closer to some part
of the application(s) and putting work in making the applications more usable
and self-explanatory. Some information has also moved to the wiki.gnupg.org.
(Many people do not read larger manuals anymore there days.)
