[Gpg4win-users-en] Some email not decryptable

Yes, we installed their public key, but since we didn't install each user's public key, it still doesn't work.

Yes, they need to have your public key and when encrypting to you it has to be used. (Depending on the client they use, it can be explicitely selected.)

(With each user's key, you refer to a number of public keys, I assume.)
