Save the attachement called "encrypted.asc", open it in Kleopatra.

Can you decrypt it?

If not, please do 
  gpg -v --decrypt encrypted.asc
on the command line 
(https://wiki.gnupg.org/TroubleShooting#Command_line_operations)

Check if the numbers there (correspond to your public key identifier).
