[Gpg4win-users-en] Kleopatra portable

I have a Windows laptop with a full installation of gpg4win. I also
used mkportable --full to create a portable installation on a thumb
drive (e:\gpg4win in this case). Everything except Kleopatra behaves
as I would anticipate. For example, for my testing, I removed all keys
from the laptop installation and installed my public/subkeys on the
portable installation. When I run the laptop's and then portable's
gpg -k, I get what I would expect:

PS E:\Gpg4Win> gpg -k
PS E:\Gpg4Win> bin\gpg -k
E:/Gpg4Win/home/pubring.kbx
---------------------------
pub rsa2048 2020-10-23 [C]
      XXXX8AF3CDF357E97A371CB471437CD6D8EAXXXX
uid [ unknown] Lee Nelson <lnelson at nelnet.org>
sub rsa2048 2020-10-23 [E] [expires: 2022-10-20]
sub rsa2048 2020-10-23 [A] [expires: 2022-10-20]
sub rsa2048 2020-10-23 [S] [expires: 2022-10-20]

In other words the laptop's gpg sees no keys while the portable
version does see keys. However, when kleopatra is run from the
portable installation (even from the cli as
e:\gpg4win\bin\kleopatra.exe), it sees no keys. If I import keys,
they go to the laptop, not the portable drive. I can't see anywhere
in Kleopatra's configuration to get it to use the same directories as
reported by e:\gpg4win\bin\gpgconf. Is kleopatra not compatible with
a portable installation?
