We keep a list of files for mkportable and if one file changes the name we have
to update this list, this is not the best design :/ . For libintl this was
apparently missed.
I've fixed it in our code. ( https://dev.gnupg.org/
rW36f727ff13cc28d4cb08095e0f5021bea88732ca ) There was also a report in the dev
tracker about other troubles though: https://dev.gnupg.org/T5829
I am not sure if some other files are changed, too. I'll check this before the
4.0.1 release.
