It is in there, e.g. from einsteiger.tex revision 384:
    Die Angaben auf der \textbf{folgenden Seite}
    sind nicht mehr korrekt; wir können diese Seite allerdings nicht
    abandern, da die Regeln der GFDL hier falsch angewandt wurden.
    Neue Copyright Hinweise sollten deswegen hier eingestellt werden.

I think this would slightly change the meaning.
Werner wanted to say that the people that applied the GDFL,
did this in the wrong way, which prevents us now to change or translate this 
particular page.
