[Gpg4win-users-en] cannot send mail with either of the beta versions

I have previously used GPGol for sending signed/encrypted mail. With the
new 1.9.x versions of the GPG4win toolset, I am unable to send mail: the
send button remains pressed, I never get prompted for a passphrase, and
the mail is never sent. Kleopatra is running and I can see my keys in
there. I do not see any errors in the gpgol log file. I would like to use
the newer code, particularly for PGP/MIME, so would appreciate if you can
tell me either how to fix this, or what other information you need to
debug the problem.
