Yes.

No, In a 'DOS box', run kgpgconf.exe, kleopatra.exe or kwatchgnupg.exe,
they all dead silently. But gpgconf seems good:
C:\opt\GnuPG>gpgconf
gpg:GPG for OpenPGP:C%3a\opt\GnuPG\gpg2.exe
gpg-agent:GPG Agent:C%3a\opt\GnuPG\gpg-agent.exe
scdaemon:Smartcard Daemon:C%3a\opt\GnuPG\scdaemon.exe
gpgsm:GPG for S/MIME:C%3a\opt\GnuPG\gpgsm.exe
dirmngr:Directory Manager:C%3a\opt\GnuPG\dirmngr.exe

Yes:
C:\>gpg2 --list-secret
C:/Documents and Settings/songdongsheng/Application Data/gnupg/secring.gpg

No, Kleopatra can NOT come up. But in 'GNU Privacy Assistant - Key Manager',
I can seed my secret key.
After a uninstall, reboot, reinstall, GpgOL check 'User Interface Server'
every time when outlook 2003 startup, told me try again and again,
even if I disabled S/MIME support.
In outlook 2003 menu, 'Tools' -> 'GnuPG Certificate Manager', GpgOL report,
'Could not start certificate manager'.
If I enable 'Sign new message by default', when I click 'send mail',
no action occur.
