Good afternoon,

I am trying to use Gpg4win 2.0.1 in my WinXP + Outlook 2007.
When I start Outlook I see a message saying:

"The user interface server is not available or could not be started in
time. You may want to try again."

I have tried again several times with no change.
When I click on cancel another message appears:

"The user interface server is not available or does not work. Using an
internal interface. This is limited to the PGP/MIME protocol and thus
S/MIME protected message[1] are not readable"

Moreover, Kleopatra's selft test fails as "not reachable" the "UiServer
Connectivity" while all the other tests are "Passed".

Then, in Outlook I create a new email and select sign for signing.
Outlook dies.
I have an openpgp kay pair that I have used several times with WinPT and
also gnupg (the linux one).

I am suspecting that maybe it is caused because a local firewall or
antivirus sofware... what is the port on 127.0.0.1 that Kleopatra uses?

Is there any already reported bug?

Thank you very much for your support and for the development of such a tool!

[1] This seems to be a typo, It should say "messages".

Jaime
