[Gpg4win-users-en] Download, etc.

I downloaded v 2.0.4 I believe. It does not seem to operate properly on my
WinXP machine. If I right click on a file, GNU bombs and tells me it cannot
access kleopatra. I cannot find a version of the program with kleopatra in
it although some documentation says it should be there. What am I doing
wrong?
