[Gpg4win-users-en] Kleopatra does not start on Windows 7

After having searched through so many threads describing the same problem, I
came to the conclusion that none of the exact descriptions or solutions
presented fit my case. So here is another iteration:

When starting Kleopatra from Windows Explorer or command shell, nothing
happens GUI-wise. The task manager shows that dbus-daemon.exe is started but
that's it. No error message, nothing. This happens for a standard user as
well as when trying to run kleopatra as Administrator. I tried to get some
logging by defining the user variables KLEOPATRA_LOGDIR=. and
KLEOPATRA_LOGOPTIONS=all, but no file was created.

(GPA works fine.)

System:
Windows 7 Prof. SP 1 German
Gpg4win 2.2.0-beta34, installed by Administrator (the same happened with
Gpg4win 2.1.1)

Any help appreciated.
