[Gpg4win-users-en] Copy-paste deactivated in Gpg4win 2.2.2

In my testing pinentry-qt4.exe did not seem to exist in the program
folder, but I'll be happy to look again if someone can tell me where to
look.
I'm not sure if there is anything further I can do to assist with this
issue (let me know!), but I think it is clear that it should get
addressed one way or another. I can only hope I have now provided
sufficient information to have the issue put on a to-do list for future
improvements.
