[Gpg4win-users-en] Importing Public Key With No User ID

Hi Kent,

It would help us to help you if you send the key or a link to the public
key you are trying to import or a way of finding it on a public key server.
And an explanation of how you did when you imported it in kleopatra. Then
the community can help you check if the problem is with the key, the import
method or with the gpg/kleopatra config, and easier know what could cause
the problem. I do not believe that your trading partner has created or
distributed a key without a user ID on purpose if they expect others to
communicate with them, so I would guess that the problem is probably with
the import procedure.
