Both problems mentioned here should be fixed with the next Version (see below
for the task numbers). You could try with the current beta:

The problem with the reboot comes from our Windows Explorer extension GpgEx.
Updating the extension can't happen when it is in use by the Windows Explorer
so we have the restart. It is safe not to reboot, Windows will keep using the
old GpgEx until the next restart happens.
