[Gpg4win-users-en] Where shouldb the personal `gnupg` folder be?

Hi,

According to https://www.gpg4win.org/doc/en/gpg4win-compendium_28.html, the
personal `gnupg` folder on Windows 11 should be at "%AppData%/gnupg". But
on my system, it is at "%LocalAppData%/gnupg".

I installed Gpg4win with default settings and I did not change any
configuration settings related to where to store the personal data.

Is it a recent change? Is it possible to configure it to use
"%AppData%/gnupg"?
